First, we make sake-steamed live clams in a shabu-shabu pot and extract clam stock.We add special Japanese dashi to this, and you can enjoy your shabu-shabu in this delicious "golden soup."The final dish, rice porridge, is made by adding a heaping pile of shredded crab meat to the soup full of the delicious crab and vegetables from the shabu-shabu, and topping it off with an egg.This is crab rice porridge served with a mountain of crab, served at a crab specialty restaurant.
